If you chose to buy a base made by others we simply can not guarantee the work of others, offer replacement or make any other
consideration for other than our product made by us. We have spent much time and effort in testing material and design of the bases. It is unfortunate but our designs have been copied, sometimes sold as copies and sometimes implying that they are our product. There is no nice word other than fakes. On occassion we have been asked to replace bases we did not make because of poor quality. We will no longer do that for bases made by others. Our bases are sold by selected retail establishments proud of their quality. Bases made by Woven Designs since 1999 bear the Brand Mark to help you distinguish bases made by Woven Designs. |
