Shipping
We mail orders for patterns only via US mail. We ship orders for merchandise via UPS ground. Most orders are shipped on the first business day after the order arrives. In some cases, orders will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer; in other cases, some of your shipment may be shipped from Woven Designs, while the rest of it may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping charges will be determined after your shipment is boxed to be shipped to you, and cannot be determined at the time of the order. Woven Designs will contact you by phone or e-mail about the additional charges determined for shipping if you would like them to. Payment for shipment can be added to the total bill of your order; in some cases, payment for the order itself and its shipping may be charged to you in two separate bills.

Returns
Woven Designs is proud of its original designs, bases, tie-ons and kits. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase*, please contact us at 970/858-6771 within 30 days of your purchase for coordination of a merchandise refund or exchange. * We are sorry, but we are unable to make refunds or exchanges on patterns, and we are unable to make refunds or exchanges on kits not in their original packaging.
